Coffee Gold Project, Yukon Territory

2010 Coffee Drill Program Sections and Maps

Overview

Located in the emerging White Gold District of the Yukon Territory, Kaminak Gold Corporation owns 100% of the Coffee Gold Project, 1,803 claims (90,150 acres or 360 square kilometers) measuring approximately 43km long by up to 13km wide.

Unlike many areas of Canada, the White Gold region has never been glaciated.  This particularly important feature of the region means the soil profile at surface is the weathered equivalent of underlying bedrock.  As a result, sampling the soil and analyzing for gold content is an effective and accurate exploration tool for locating gold enriched bedrock structures.

The primary target at Coffee is a near surface, bulk tonnage gold deposit analogous to Kinross Gold Corporation’s White Project - Golden Saddle Deposit (+1,000,000 oz Au), recently acquired from Underworld Resources Inc. Kaminak’s Coffee property is located 30kms south of the Golden Saddle Deposit.  Work to date at Coffee strongly suggests the presence of Golden Saddle style mineralization.

In the spring of 2010, Kaminak conducted the first ever drill program at Coffee, and two major gold discoveries were made at the Supremo and Latte Zones.  Located 1km apart and on two separate structures, both these discoveries are open at depth and along strike.  Presently, eight gold zones have been identified on the property through soil-sampling; however, only 7% of the property has been soil sampled.  An extensive soil sampling program is planned for the 2010 season.

Supremo Gold Discovery

The Supremo Zone consists of a 2.5km long by 2km wide gold-in-soil anomaly containing several distinct drill targets identified through trenching.  Supremo is hosted in a north-south trending structure co-incident with strong gold-in-soil values.  Kaminak’s first drill hole at this zone intersected 17.07 g/t Au over 15.5m.

Latte Gold Discovery

Located one kilometer south of the Supremo Zone, the Latte Zone is associated with a regionally-significant, east-west trending and south-dipping structural corridor co-incident with a 1 kilometer long by 100m wide gold-in-soil anomaly averaging 600ppb.  Regional geophysical surveys trace the Latte structural zone for over 8 kilometers.

Presently, every drill hole at Latte has intercepted wide intervals of oxidized gold mineralization and the zone remains open in all directions.  One of the highlight holes intercepted 2.35 g/t Au over 51m starting at 38m depth.
