Information of a scientific or technical nature about the properties under the heading "Project Areas" has been prepared by or under the supervision of Rob Carpenter, Ph.D., P.Geo., Kaminak’s President and Chief Executive Officer and a Qualified Person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101.

This technical information has been derived from various sources. Information pertaining to Kaminak’s Churchill Property is sourced from a recently completed National Instrument 43-101 report entitled “Technical Report for the Churchill Gold Property, Rankin Inlet Area, Nunavut, Canada” by A. Maynes and D. Besserer, dated May 30th, 2005 and technical data derived from Kaminak’s 2005 field programs was interpreted by Rob Carpenter, Ph.D., P.Geo.

Other sources include historical information from publicly available assessment reports that are compiled and reviewed by various government regulatory agencies. Although these data cannot be verified, they are considered reliable.

Statements of potential quantity and grade are conceptual in nature, there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the targets being delineated as a mineral resource.
